Delivery & Returns

We currently offer only delivery within South Africa. Please read further to familiarise yourself with the finer details.

COVID-19 potential delivery delay: our carriers and suppliers are currently experiencing delays in delivery. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.

Delivery:

ANNAJ.LUXEWEAR offers a nationwide delivery within South Africa at an additional cost R110.

Your order will be processed and dispatched within 2-5 business days of receipt of order. 

Delivery takes up to 1-2 working days for inventory that is available once it has been dispatched .

For PRE-ORDERS, deliveries may take up to 15-20 business days in which we are sourcing and preparing your order.

Once order has been dispatched, it takes up to 1-2 business days to deliver your order 

Due to COVID-19 outbreak, some orders may delay because of the backlog at customs. 

 

Returns/Exchange policy:

ANNAJ.LUXEWEAR does not permit refunds.

If you are not satisfied with your order you are welcome to exchange it to us provided it is unworn, unwashed and has the price tag in tact. Exchanges need to be made within 5 days of receipt of order. To request an exchange or return please email info@annajluxewear.com with your order number. 

 

We allow exchanges for a credit voucher, to be used within 60 days.

In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging and form.

Please note that you are responsible for paying your own courier costs for returning your items. Courier fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of returning an item will be deducted from your refund.
