Care For Products:

  • Wash care instructions
  • Cold water wash.
  • Wash garments according to colour
  • Wash Garment inside out
  • Do not bleach garments
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Cool iron/steam

 

Will you restock products that are sold out?

If an item is marked as “Sold Out” and the item is not removed from online store, there will be a restock of that item. Please do contact our customer service team regarding this.

However, if the item is removed from the online store – the item will not be restocked.

Do remember here at ANNAJ.LUXEWEAR exclusivity is key.

 

Orders

How to purchase on our site: 

Simply follow the order prompts

  • Select items.
  • Add them to your shopping cart.
  • Once you have everything you want, click the Proceed to Checkout button
  • Fill out the requested details and select your method of payment
  • Please note it is very important you provide your contact details (cell phone number & email address)
  • Once paid – You will then be taken to an order confirmation page which will give you your order number
  • Your order will be processed and dispatched within 2-5 business days of receipt of order
  • Once order has been dispatched, it takes up to 1-2 working days to deliver your order  

 

For PRE-ORDERS, deliveries may take up to 15-20 business days in which we are sourcing and preparing your order.

Due to COVID-19 outbreak, some orders may delay because of the backlog at customs. 

 How do I know ANNAJ.LUXE WEAR has received my order?

You will receive an email to the same associated inbox you used in the billing/order details. This email will confirm your order, and payment.

Pop up stores/events:

Please note pop up stores are independently held usually through a third party or a commission-based party therefore online sales & pop up sales are different.

In no way or form can an online purchase be exchanged/returned at a POP-UP store – online purchases will have to follow the correct online exchange protocol to exchange an item.

All POP-UP sales are final and cannot be exchanged with online merchandise.
